Where are you located?
Aleriom Dental operates as a facilitator based in the United States, connecting US residents with top-rated dental professionals in Colombia. Our partnered clinics are located in major cities in Colombia, ensuring convenient access and high-quality care.
Do you only offer dental services at Aleriom?
At Aleriom we focus mainly on offering dental services however we have a vast network of other medical specialist who have also been thoroughly vetted and will be happy to help arrange appointments with the specialist you require at an affordable cost.
How do you ensure the quality and safety of the dental procedures?
We work with top-rated, board-certified dentists in Colombia who use advanced technology and adhere to strict hygiene standards. All procedures are approved by our dental board, led by Professor Alejandro Lanis, the director of the implantology department at Harvard University.
What does the travel package include?
Our comprehensive travel package includes round-trip flights, transportation within Colombia, hotel accommodation, and optional tourist activities. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on your treatment and recovery.
What if I have complications after returning home?
We offer follow-up support to address any concerns that may arise after your return. Our network includes partner dentists in the US who can provide additional care if needed and also we offer warranty up to 5 years.
Does Aleriom offer Financing options?
While Aleriom does not offer financing options directly, we do offer payments in instalments leading up to your dental treatment and we work with PayPal, our payment gateway to offer financing options directly through them.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer several payment options, including cash, bank transfers, and credit or debit card payments via a PayPal link. Please ensure that all payments are completed at least 48 hours prior to your procedure.
Do you take insurance?
Aleriom Dental does not accept insurance, but we guarantee affordable prices for all our dental services.
How can I check if I’m eligible for the procedure I want?
During your initial call with the doctor you have selected, you will discuss your eligibility for the desired procedure. The doctor may request certain materials from you, such as photos or videos, to aid in their evaluation process.
These additional materials assist the doctor in understanding your specific requirements and determining the extent of what they can or cannot do to fulfill your expectations. This ensures transparency and enables the doctor to provide you with comprehensive guidance regarding your procedure.
Can I travel with someone?
Certainly! If you’d like to bring someone along, just let us know, and we’ll arrange their travel and accommodation as well. Please note that additional costs may apply in some cases.
Can I schedule more than one procedure per trip?
Once you have booked an initial procedure, you can discuss booking a secondary procedure with your Concierge Customer Specialist through our in house chat system which will be available for you 24/7.
What does it mean to be Aleriom Board Verified?
Health professionals who are Aleriom Board Verified have successfully met our Medical Board’s stringent criteria and background checks. These requirements ensure that all Aleriom Health professionals adhere to high-quality standards.
Can I cancel or reschedule a procedure?
Through our Customer Service chat, which is staffed by real people 24/7, you can easily communicate your need to reschedule or cancel your procedure. We strive to ensure your comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire process.
How do I book my dental trip with Aleriom Dental?
After your initial virtual appointment and review of your quotation, let your customer specialist know when you’re ready to proceed. You will then have two booking options: making a small down payment or providing your flight booking confirmation. Once we receive either of these, our team will start arranging your appointments, transportation, and accommodation for your trip.
